Uprkos napretku u farmakolo\u0161koj antimikrobnoj terapiji, odli\u010dnoj saradnji sa mikrobiolozima i specijalistima za infektivne bolesti, kao i sve efikasnijoj hirur\u0161koj kontroli infekcije, suo\u010deni smo sa zna\u010dajnim uticajem hirur\u0161ke infekcije na ishod le\u010denja na\u0161ih pacijenata.
