Predsednica Srpskog udru\u017eenja urgentnih hirurga (SSES), prof. dr Krstina Dokle\u0161ti\u0107 Vasiljev<\/strong>, boravila je u stru\u010dnoj poseti Moskvi na ekskluzivni poziv akademika Alekseja Vasiljevi\u010da \u0160abunina<\/strong>, predsednika udru\u017eenja hirurga Rusije i generalnog direktora \u010duvene Botkinske bolnice.<\/p>\n

Povod za ovu zna\u010dajnu posetu bio je 17. Kongres hirurga Rusije<\/strong>, koji je pod predsedavanjem akademika \u0160abunina nedavno uspe\u0161no zavr\u0161en u ruskoj prestonici.<\/p>\n

“Hirurgija je kosmos” \u2013 Inovacije koje menjaju medicinu<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ovaj fascinantni nau\u010dni skup, simboli\u010dno nazvan “Hirurgija je kosmos”<\/strong>, okupio je preko 4.000 prijavljenih u\u010desnika iz celog sveta. Kongres je pru\u017eio sveobuhvatan uvid u najsavremenije inovacije u tri klju\u010dne oblasti:<\/p>\n

  • Elektivnoj hirurgiji<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Urgentnoj hirurgiji<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Ratnoj hirurgiji<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Me\u0111u brojnim tehnolo\u0161kim dostignu\u0107ima, najve\u0107u pa\u017enju i senzaciju izazvalo je predstavljanje novog ruskog robotskog sistema<\/strong>, koji je projektovan da bude direktna konkurencija globalno poznatom sistemu Da Vinci<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    Uru\u010deno po\u010dasno \u010dlanstvo SSES akademiku \u0160abuninu<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Tokom sve\u010danog dela kongresa, predsednica SSES prof. dr Krstina Dokle\u0161ti\u0107 Vasiljev imala je posebnu \u010dast da akademiku Alekseju \u0160abuninu uru\u010di plaketu o po\u010dasnom \u010dlanstvu u Srpskom udru\u017eenju urgentnih hirurga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Akademik \u0160abunin je ovo presti\u017eno priznanje na\u0161eg udru\u017eenja primio sa velikim po\u0161tovanjem i iskrenom rado\u0161\u0107u, \u010dime su dodatno u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107ene profesionalne i prijateljske veze izme\u0111u srpske i ruske hirur\u0161ke zajednice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Poseta Botkin bolnici: Vrhunski svetski standardi<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Kao po\u010dasni gosti kongresa, delegacije iz Srbije, Kine, Indije, Turske i Vijetnama<\/strong> imale su priliku da posete Botkinsku bolnicu \u2013 medicinski gigant koji sa preko 33 klinike s pravom nosi epitet lidera zdravstvenog sistema Moskve. Dok se organizacija rada same bolnice uspe\u0161no sprovodi pod vo\u0111stvom prof. Dimitrija Grekova, \u010ditav vizionarski sistem rada i tehnolo\u0161ka unapre\u0111enja koja ovu ustanovu lansiraju u sam vrh svetske medicine, delo su upravo akademika \u0160abunina.<\/p>\n

    Poseban utisak na na\u0161u delegaciju ostavio je novi Urgentni centar Botkinske bolnice<\/strong>. Ovaj centar predstavlja najmoderniji, potpuno digitalizovan evropski objekat za dijagnostiku i zbrinjavanje urgentnih medicinskih stanja, a odlikuju ga fascinantni operativni protokoli:<\/p>\n

    • Pametna trija\u017ea:<\/strong> Tria\u017ea pacijenata zapo\u010dinje jo\u0161 u vozilu Hitne pomo\u0107i, odakle se svi podaci digitalno \u0161alju u Urgentni centar. Pacijent ve\u0107 na samom ulazu dobija narukvicu sa QR kodom u kome se nalaze svi podaci.<\/li>\n
    • Sistem zona:<\/strong> Rad je organizovan kroz tri strogo podeljene zone \u2013 zelenu, \u017eutu i crvenu, u zavisnosti od hitnosti stanja.<\/li>\n
    • Impresivan kapacitet:<\/strong> Centar poseduje sopstveni operacioni blok od 9 najsavremenijih sala, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i visoko-tehnolo\u0161ku hibridnu operacionu salu, uz potpuno integrisanu dijagnostiku i interventne metode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ova poseta i u\u010de\u0161\u0107e na kongresu otvorili su nova vrata za razmenu znanja, edukaciju i implementaciju najsavremenijih digitalnih protokola u oblasti urgentne hirurgije u Srbiji.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
