MSCT presentation of severe trauma. Serial rib fracture on the right with 3 ribs in two places, small hemothorax 10 mm thick, contusion of the lower lobe of the right lung. Multiple liver lacerations involving at least 5 segments of the liver and more than 75% of the parenchyma, with signs of active bleeding and hematoperitoneum, the largest thickness subhepatic 4cm. Severity of liver injury by AAST – OIS grade V.
